After high school, I left to explore — a journey that is still shaping its path today. Cooking has been a constant along the way; a joy and an outlet. Especially when it brought people together. The most memorable dishes - in my opinion - are the creative meals: in unique places, catch 'n cook, with today's finds or simply using whatever’s left..
“It’s my life, I want to live.”
The past three years in Australia were full of adventure: backpacking, motorbiking, roadtripping and sailing. Working as a chef onboard a yacht, discovered freediving and the ocean. I explored the Australian outback and became a cowboy; from 'jackaroo to ringer' — learning skills for life.
Cooking on the road, in hostels, by the campfire, or in a hotel room, I always wanted a better way to cook. And that’s how JeCheffe was born.
